The villa overlooks Lake Vinuela and the magnificent mountain ranges of Mount Maroma. It is ideally located within a 45 minute drive of either Malaga or Granada Airports. Lake Viñuela is a very popular destination for those who hope to enjoy the unspoiled beauty of Andalucia.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard with every modern convenience. Enjoy relaxing on one of the three terraces or by the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) , enjoy dining al fresco with the abundant local produce or enjoying the excellent restaurants nearby. The villa is ideally located close to local bars & restaurants within a short drive around the lake, There are 3 bars in the village which are walkable within 5-10 minutes and the villa is 3 minutes walk from one of the best restaurants in Axarquia! NOTE: The extra 4th bedroom is available as an add on at 25 Euros extra per person per night, this extra bedroom is in addition to the main house 3 bedrooms. Note this bedroom is accessed via an external staircase just off the BBQ patio, the bedroom is not connected by an internal door. It is Ensuite with AC and a window with lake view. The additional cost is automatcially calculated if you enter more than 6 guests. This extra bedroom is suitable for 2 people and has a double bed.

Bedroom 4: Available at an extra cost, this room has a double bed and private bathroom with large shower, there is AC in this room. Accessed by external door only
The house has a large, fully equipped kitchen which has been finished to a very high standard with handcrafted wooden units and granite worktops and splashbacks. There is an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and milk steamer, orange press and even a separate wine cooler.
There is an attractive large family lounge and dining area with a vaulted beamed ceiling. This is air conditioned. This is equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs, and integrated fire with feature rustic terracotta fireplace, very comfortable two and three seater sofas and coffee tables. Flat screen TV, CD player and a DVD player with a large selection of films, books and CDs, which look out to the truly stunning views of the lake and mountains.
The sliding doors open to the upper terrace, the largest, with a covered veranda area with a rattan upholstered patio set of sofa and 2 chairs and table – the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset over the lake.
A large, rustic barbecue is the ideal place to cook outside. There is a large, expandable teak dining table and 6 chairs, two teak steamer deckchairs and two teak deckchairs with which to relax in. We also have a large outdoor kitchen with BBQ, Sink, Fridges, and Hob
A large parasol over the table gives shade when needed.
The marble staircase leads down to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms and has access to its own terrace. Steps lead down to the pool terrace.
The pool area has non slip tiles and has 4 pool loungers and 4 chairs.
There is a mature, planted garden down the side of the house with lemon and orange trees and a small secluded area with begonia, orange and lemon trees at the front of the house.
There is off street parking for two cars.
Good quality linen and towels are supplied and pool towels are provided.
